CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT SET
- Coordinate with engineers as needed regarding MEP and structural drawings
- Develop drawing set with ceiling plans, elevation drawings, details, etc.
- Add exiting plans, code matrix, ADA information, etc. for the city’s review
- Add notes, dimensions, schedules and details as required
- Coordinate with Zoning and Building Departments to obtain approval
- Utilize our status as Self-Certified Architects to allow for 8-10 week time savings (average)
- Finalize the baseline project schedule
- Begin ordering materials and finishes
- Begin demolition activities, as applicable
- Manage all rough framing and carpentry work
- Manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work
- Manage cabinetry installation and all finish work
- Provide ongoing safety supervision
- Provide weekly Schedule Management reports
- Perform an architect led punch-list visit
- Wrap up loose ends

- Perform a 2-year ‘paint touch-up’ visit
