Lisa Elkins
Managing Partner LEED AP
Lisa Elkins is a licensed architect and LEED Accredited Professional with more than twenty years of architectural and interior design experience in Chicago, San Francisco and London. Lisa is passionate about creating unique, eye-catching spaces and buildings in which doctors and their team members can be proud to work.
Lisa has also worked as a furniture designer and an architectural writer, and has taught architectural design at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Ron Elkins
Director of Architecture
Ron Elkins is a licensed architect in multiple states, and his NCARB certification allows him to practice throughout the US. Ron is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of Passive House Alliance US (PHAUS). Ron’s Self-Certification credential allows ON POINT’s Chicago projects to benefit from significantly reduced building permit time. This saves our clients time and money.
With more than twenty-five years of diverse experience in Chicago, San Francisco and London, Ron has been the project architect for multiple award-winning projects.
Max Malenkov
Director of Operations
Max Malenkov completed his university studies at the Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University in Russia. Upon relocating to Illinois, he began his construction project management career. After initially working in carpentry, he quickly expanded his horizons to full-scale medical office construction and has completed more than 100 projects. Max’s technical expertise is helpful during the design process, and his managerial expertise keeps projects running smoothly throughout construction. Max’s skills are critical in turning design drawings into a beautiful, functioning practice.
